We provide revisions based on the package you select. Customers are entitled to unlimited free revisions, provided that the design and concept remain the same. Revisions will be completed within 48 hours.
In any situation, deposited funds for a project are non-refundable after delivery if the initial design concepts are approved or a change is requested, except when Creative Fanatic™ cancels or terminates your contract for reasons other than your breach or non-performance.

Refund requests must include a valid reason aligned with the design brief. Creative Fanatic reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Our money-back guarantee is contingent upon orders placed in good faith. If a client places similar orders with multiple design agencies and requests a refund, we reserve the right to decline the request.
Printing services will only begin once the client has approved the final design. Changes cannot be made once printing has commenced.
Refunds for printing services are not permitted after printing begins. If a cancellation is requested before work has started, a partial refund may be issued (less a 33% administrative fee and a 10% service and processing fee).
Upon order shipment, clients will receive an email with tracking details to monitor delivery status.

Once a refund is issued, Creative Fanatic will retain ownership of all designs provided, and you will no longer have rights to use or display them.

We will revise your design as many times as necessary to achieve your satisfaction, subject to your package limitations.
Domain and hosting are provided for free with applicable website packages. Email accounts will have 10MB of space and can be configured with third-party software such as Outlook. Hosting must be with us for email accounts to be provided.
All files are delivered via email and “My Account” as per the date specified in the “Order Confirmation.” Rush delivery service is available for an additional $100 to receive initial samples within 48 hours.
We retain a copy of finalized designs. If required, we can resend the files upon request.

Creative Fanatic guarantees that all designs are original and tailored to your requirements. Any similarity to existing designs is purely coincidental, and we encourage clients to secure copyrights for their artwork.
If a client fails to respond or communicate for 14 consecutive days, the project will be marked as “on-hold” and considered closed. To resume, a reactivation fee will apply.
